Cancellation Policy
BOBCAT BOXING Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for enquiring about booking private & 1:1 boxing sessions with BOBCAT BOXING. We understand that genuine emergencies can arise. However, because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, our cancellation policy applies in all circumstances. Cancellation: We understand that plans can change, and we appreciate you providing as much notice as possible if you need to amend your booking. To avoid fees please give at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This can be done via phone, email, or Instagram message. Late cancellation fees: Less than 72 hours’ notice – 50% of the session fee Less than 48 hours’ notice – 75% of the session fee Less than 24 hours’ notice – 100% of the session fee (full charge) Booking & payment methods: Booking a free consultation call with the Head Coach Phone, email, or Instagram message Our website booking system Please note: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your booking and specific time slot. Cancellations by BOBCAT BOXING: In the rare case that we need to cancel your session with less than 72 hours’ notice, you will be offered either a full refund, or the option to reschedule at the earliest convenience. If the rescheduling option is selected, as compensation, an extra 30 minutes will be added to the rescheduled booking with no charge. Agreement: By booking a session with BOBCAT BOXING, you confirm your agreement with this cancellation policy.
